Self Introduction
I work for a social infrastructure company. I find it rewarding that my work is closely connected to the good of society.
I have been involved in baseball during my school days. I love sharing time and accomplishments as a team rather than acting alone!
On my days off, I cherish the time to "feel something" by going outside to play golf or watch sports.

How did you join ISBS?
I met ISBS members when I studied abroad in India under the company's training program.
There, I realized what I valued and how much I did not know about myself.
I started working at the salon because I thought that the only way to get closer to my ideal self was to act on my own.

What I gained from ISBS
By meeting people from different industries at ISBS, I have been able to change my perspective and broaden my way of thinking.
Also, since the members share the importance of taking on new challenges and new things that we don't know, we have been able to get rid of our fear of failure and have acquired a positive mindset while having fun.
