Self Introduction
I have been working for a domestic IT vendor for about 26 years in system sales to the private demand (retail and food industry) and education markets.
I am a plant-loving 50-year-old who reluctantly aims to be able to continue playing senior grass soccer and futsal until I am 60.

How did you join ISBS?

In the midst of the stagnation of the Corona Disaster, I started to communicate with friends who had been away at home and abroad through ZOOM meetings.
With a common desire to do something new, I started exchanging ideas with members with a high change mindset.

What I gained from ISBS
The salon brings together a wide range of generations, from millennials in their 30s to those in their 60s, and we communicate with each other on a flat level.
I learned the importance of listening, highlighted differences in generation gap, corporate culture, etc., and became aware of unconscious biases.
This has given me time to look at myself from a bird's eye view, and even now, at age 50, I experience the importance of taking action and have been encouraged to grow.
